Crazy bulk cutting stack: Cutting stack is a way to gain lean muscle mass by using proper stack of cutting steroids. You'll take a few stacks before progressing, then make them all and keep them up for a little bit. Frequent use: It can take at least a couple months to make a major change in your body and get results, so I wouldn't recommend it for the first few months. It can and should be used consistently, though. What I do: My strategy is to start off with 2 stacks, and gradually work my way up to 3 before cutting. I generally get 3 stacks before cutting and a couple more after that. The first 2 stacks contain: 1.1kg/0.55lb – 5-6% of my bodyweight: This is the most important "starter" stack or "beginner" stack. This is the final step before starting my next phase. 2.1kg/1.3lb – 15% of my bodyweight: This is when I add in another 10-15% of my bodyweight in my base phase. I start it very slowly, so it feels very gradual. Eventually, I can add another 10-20% of my body weight if I feel like it. This is after I've made a real progress, but before I get into my cutting progression. When I first started at 40-50lbs, I had about 8kg/19lb of muscle. After that I didn't really gain any more, and that's the way I did it: using 2 stacks plus a few pounds here and there. I would go from 2 stacks to 3 before cutting, and then another 2 stacks and 1 pound or so in the following phases before cutting.
